Bounce Chicago’s opening weekend drew Cleveland Cavaliers teammates, Bravo network personalities and stars of the Fox drama “Empire.”
Doors opened Thursday at the former Parliament space at 324 W. Chicago Ave. Rapper Fetty Wap performed to a crowd that included Bears cornerback Prince Amukamara, “WAGS” star Larry English and “Below Deck” cast member Nico Scholly.
Rapper Waka Flocka Flame’s Sunday set at the Near North Side lounge drew Cavaliers players Dwyane Wade, Tristan Thompson and Jae Crowder; Taraji P. Henson and Xzibit, who film “Empire” in Chicago; “The Real Housewives of New York City” star Tinsley Mortimer and former Bear Lance Briggs.
Mortimer’s visit comes two weeks after she reunited with her ex-boyfriend, CouponCabin CEO Scott Kluth, in his hometown of Chicago. Mortimer told the Tribune last month their relationship is a “day-by-day thing.”
